When you stink, you stink.

And there's no denying it.

The brutal truth of their lowly status in the NFL is smacking the Cleveland Browns in the face after an 0-3 start heading into Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

So, Browns nose guard Shaun Rogers won't even try to argue the point.

"We're kind of bad right now," Rogers told reporters. "That's the fact of it. We're not doing what we're paid and coached to do. We just have to get better."

And Rogers was accountable, too, describing his own play as "very unsatisfactory" with one sack and 13 tackles.

"It's my job to be an impact and influence and I don't think I've really done my job lately, so I'm still working on getting me straight," Rogers said. "I just haven't had the games I'd like to have."

Rogers isn't pinning the problems on new coach Eric Mangini, whom he clashed with initially.

"I think even though it's a little hard to grasp, I think people are understanding the points behind it and the necessity of having some type of discipline and some type of leadership," Rogers said. "So, I think it'll turn out. Wins would definitely help cover some of the rough edges. But I think guys will understand it and buy in."

There are guys in Miami, Tennessee, Kansas City, Tampa, St. Louis and Carolina who feel the same way. Not to mention the fans in each city. I couldn't give a crap about Cleveland. Just sayin'.
