The Buffalo Bills officially ruled out quarterback Trent Edwards on Friday as he didn't practice for the third day in a row due to a concussion.
So, Ryan Fitzpatrick will start on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
Meanwhile, wide receiver Terrell Owens didnt practice today.
He wasn't listed on the Wednesday and Thursday injury reports.
The Bills also ruled out safety Donte Whitner.
Also not practicing: tight end Shawn Nelson, safety Bryan Scott and offensive tackle Jonathan Scott.
