The Tennessee TItans have given wide receiver Chris Davis a second chance.
Cut by the Titans in August following a driving under the influence arrest when he was sidelined with a hamstring injury, Davis was signed to bolster the special teams.
The Titans cut cornerback Cary Williams to create a roster spot for Davis.
Williams has practice squad eligibility.
For his career, Davis has averaged 26 yards per kickoff return and 9.1 yards per punt return.
Davis had tried out for several teams, including the St. Louis Rams and the Houston Texans, before being re-signed by the Titans today.
