Wide receiver has been embroiled in some off-field issues Aaron Wilson
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt recently posted $165,00 in bail in New Jersey for a childhood friend who's a convicted felon due to gun-related convictions and has several outstanding warrants on other charges.
Britt was also arrested this offseason on outstanding traffic warrants.
Despite the off-field issues, Titans coach Jeff Fisher said he's not worried about Britt.
Fisher told the Tennessean that he has talked with the second-year wide receiver and the team is working with last year's first-round draft pick from Rutgers.
“I think it’s something he learned from and will get it behind him," Fisher said. "And he’ll come back and join the offseason program and we’ll try to educate him on some things. I don’t think he realized the implications of his willingness to help, not that that would have changed things.’’
