D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama Crimson Tide (6-6, 335 pounds)

After all of the issues that happened with Jared Gaither in 2012, the Chargers make a smart move by selecting one of the safest picks in the first round.  Fluker is a massive man who is light on his feet and will step in immediately as a starting tackle.  He has the strength to be a dominant run blocker and once he gets his hands on pass rushers, he is capable of eliminating the man from the play.
