D.J. Hayden, CB, Houston Cougars (6-0, 192 pounds)
One of the most amazing comeback stories of all time, cornerback DJ Hayden is drafted in the first round after nearly dying in November after being injured during practice. Hayden is a quick and explosive athlete with the ability to change directions in a flash and the speed to stay with any receiver on deep routes. I love this pick and believe that Hayden will be an excellent starting cornerback in the league, as well as one of the more inspirational stories.
