E.J. Manuel, quarterback, Buffalo Bills (6-5, 240 pounds)
The Buffalo Bills make the boldest most of the draft with their selection of Florida State quarterback E.J. Manuel. A strong-armed quarterback with a very quick release, Manuel will have no trouble throwing the ball through the winds in Buffalo. In addition to having elite passing ability, Manuel has the athleticism to make big plays running with the ball and can handle running the run option, which has become a huge part of many NFL offenses.
