Kyle Long, OT, Oregon Ducks (6-7, 311 pounds)

The Bears made a bad choice by selecting Kyle Long in the first round as he is a long way from being a quality starting lineman.  No doubt quick and explosive, Long is stiff in the hips and way too often bends at the waist to try and make blocks.  He is going to need to greatly improve his technique to ever justify being a first round draft pick.
