Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame Fighting Irish (6-6, 251 pounds)
For Andy Dalton to continue his development, the quarterback needs more weapons and adding the best tight end in the draft does just that. Quick acceleration and top-end playing speed enable Eifert to easily get separation down the seam. With great height, long arms and natural hands, Eifert makes it look easy adjusting to make tough catches. Eifert reminds me a lot of Saints tight end Jimmy Graham and could impact the Bengals offense in the same way.
