Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina Tar Heels (5-10, 205 pounds)
Even with BenJarvus Green-Ellis on the roster, the Bengals grab running back Giovani Bernard and add a game-breaking dimension to their offense. While Bernard is not huge, he is a deceptively good runner between the tackles with the rare ability to make tacklers miss within the hole. Dangerous when he gets the ball out on the edge, he is a legit touchdown threat anytime he touches the rock.
