Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State Bulldogs (6-2, 185 pounds)

With Ronde Barber still deciding if he is going to return to Tampa this season, the Buccaneers know it's time to look for a replacement.  Banks is a tall cornerback with long arms, good ball skills and good all-around athleticism. And despite Banks' lack of premier speed, he has what it takes to be a good starting cornerback in the NFL.  In addition to his talent, Banks is an outstanding young man with rare character, smarts and intangibles, which just add to his value.
