Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin Badgers (5-10, 214 pounds)

The missing piece to the Broncos offense was a true feature back, so it's not a surprise to see Denver select Wisconsin ball-carrier Montee Ball in the second round.  He possesses an excellent combination of quicks, burst and power, and shows outstanding vision and aggressiveness running between the tackles.  Although his mileage and injury history from Wisconsin is a concern, his complete skill set makes him well worth the risk.
