Claims she's had skin grafts to repair injury Brad Biggs
Jerry Jones is being sued over Cowboys Stadium and this legal matter has nothing to do with temporary seats for Super Bowl XLV.
Jennelle Carrillo of Cleburne, Texas, has sued after she claims she suffered third-degree burns on her rear end when she sat on a hot black marble bench outside the E entrance to the stadium in August 2010.
According to the Dallas Morning News, Carrillo claims she sat on the bench on her way in to a scrimmage and “no signs were posted at or near the bench warning it was too hot for persons to sit.” She says she was treated for burns to her buttocks and that she has undergone skin grafts.
Carrillo is suing for mental anguish, physical pain and disfigurement. She has requested a jury trial.
