I'd prefer the Pack brought him back slowly, working him in as the nickel back.
But the fact he's starting shows how fast his comeback has been and the Packers would only play him if they thought he was ready.
Great news.
I'm glad he made such a quick recovery. Williams has done a great job, I'm not sure if it's such a great idea to throw him into the fire, but it's good to restore the team to close to full strength.
I think Al Harris has lost a lot of his ability and was glad to see Tramone Willams play. He has done a very good job and I think we will see the play drop off when Harris returns.
He was exposed against the Giants last year and he did not play very well in the first three games this year.
I guess we will be able to tell for sure on Sunday.
Amazing. ...the guy's Chuck Norris in cleats. ...and dreads.
I posted this comment last night on "Harris, Bigby Looking Good" column:
"Harris was on Tuesday Night Touchback, Mark Tauscher’s show on WBAY-TV2. It sounded as if he WAS going to play, there wasn’t a question whether he might. He said that he and Bigz would be looking forward to the Titans. Nice! (The word he used throughout the show.)"
Not a real shocker if you watched the show.
By the way, it is because of Al Harris' promotion of The National Football Post that I came to this website. He has shamelessly promoted the site at every opportunity, and I really appreciate it!
Hey guess what, looks like the Packers just released KGB and activated Harrell. Works for me, KGB hasn't produced a sack all season and was the highest paid player on the team.

Tramon Williams has played great, but Al is still probably better against the run (unless he's going high against AP on MNF). Either way, the Pack has their depth back.
