Not only are the Oakland Raiders currently shopping defensive end Derrick Burgess, but they are also now actively trying to trade safety Michael Huff, according to a league source close to the situation.
Huff, a three-year veteran out of the University of Texas and former first round draft pick, started only 7 games for the Raiders in 2008. According to NFL.com, Huff made only 28 tackles with zero interceptions during the 16 games he appeared in.
It looks to be a busy day in Oakland with both Burgess and Huff now on the block. Don’t be surprised to see a deal go down by the end of the weekend.
