Browns say Josh Gordon, Greg Little speeding tickets 'unacceptable'

Cleveland Browns coach Rob Chudzinski expressed disappointment at recent speeding citations issued to wide receivers Greg Little and Josh Gordon.

Little was ticketed Monday night for driving 81 mph in a 60-mph zone and cited for expired plates.

Little was ticketed for going 127 mph in April, hitting a guardrail, knocking down a light pole and leaving 40 yards of brake tracks and was fined $350.

Meanwhile, Gordon failed to appear for a 98mph ticket in a 60-mph zone.

"We’re aware of the situation involving the players and their unacceptable driving records," the Browns said in a statement. "We take matters such as this very seriously. We’ve spoken to both individuals, and will address the issue with the entire team."

Chudzinski addressed the situation today to Cleveland reporters.

“We take that seriously," Chudzinski said. "It’s not acceptable. I have sat down with those guys individually and talked to them, and addressed that with them, and addressed the team. They understand exactly where I am coming from.”

Will there be any discipline for the players?

“I’m going to keep all of those things internally," Chudzinski said. "I have addressed it and we will handle it internally.

“It’s part of the job; things come up that are part of the job. It’s not a distraction unless you make it a distraction.”

Chudzinski got his message across to the wide receivers.

“That it’s not acceptable," Chudzinski said. "Beyond that, the details I’m not going to get into.”
