Chiefs claim Kyle Williams, cut Chad Hall

The Kansas City Chiefs claimed wide receiver Kyle Williams off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers, cutting wide receiver Chad Hall.

Williams has a dozen receptions on 113 yards this season.

Williams was replaced as a punt returner this season. He lost two fumbles in the NFC championship following the 2011 season in a loss to the New York Giants.

A sixth-round pick out of Arizona State in 2010, Williams has caught 47 passes for 574 yards and four touchdowns.

A former Philadelphia Eagles player, Hall caught one pass for nine yards this season.
