Cowboys activated Edgar Jones, cut Orie Lemon

The Dallas Cowboys activated defensive end Edgar Jones from injured reserve-designaqted to return, cutting linebacker Orie Lemon.

Jones has been sidelined with a strained abdomen, groin.

Now, he's active for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.

The Cowboys traded a sixth round draft pick to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for Jones and a 2014 seventh round pick during the preseason. Jones played in all four games during the first month of the season and had five tackles.

Lemon played in two games with no tackles.
