Dez Bryant promises he will be in 'full effect'

To hear Dez Bryant tell it, things have completely transformed for him this offseason.

He entered the postseason with a broken leg suffered at the end of the season and then he had to dodge creditors as they can chasing after him.

Now, the first-round draft pick from a year ago is supremely confident that he’s ready to go. He’s playing in his second charity basketball game in as many weeks, so it’s clear that he’s healed up.

I feel like this is the year,” Bryant said, according to the Dallas Morning News. “I’m going to be fully healthy, I’m going to be in full effect. I’m just trying to start where I left off at.

“I would show you all what I’ve been working on, but wait until the lockout’s over and that’s when you’re all going to see the full effect.”

Bryant was impressive during his rookie season and if he meshes with quarterback Tony Romo, he could post bug numbers. The 6-2, 217-pound Bryant had 45 receptions for 561 yards and six touchdowns in 2010. Healthy and in a full season, maybe it will be in full effect.
