CINCINNATI (AP) The Cincinnati Bengals say No. 85 is officially Ocho Cinco.

The NFL team said Thursday that they will refer to the receiver formerly known as Chad Johnson by his new legal name, Chad Ocho Cinco, in all club business. That includes the back of his jersey for Sunday's season opener at Baltimore.

Johnson told The Associated Press on Wednesday that he wants to be called by his new name, but declined to talk about it any further.

Johnson, a Miami native, used "ocho cinco" in 2006 as part of the NFL's Hispanic Heritage month. It means "eight five" in Spanish.

He changed his name last month in Broward County, Fla.

Too bad he changed his name to "eight five" instead of "eighty five".

Yeah,no kidding. That is pretty funny, but ochenta y cinco just doesn't sound as cool, does it?

Ocho Cinco for President!

How long before he has a "Chad Johnson" jersey overlay pulled off his suit by Palmer during a game?

Chad Johnson had a career day. Will Ocho get rookie stats?

Imagine the jersey sales for his new gear!

Prime Time is getting his own translation ready for a new commerical....

As a FORMER Bengals fan (I finally had enough when they re-signed Chris Henry) and have to be honest and say I wasn't a big Chad fan to begin with. Too many games where he disappeared and I always felt that T.J. was the better player anyway. Regardless, his latest stunt is just another in a long line of "me" behavior in which the team comes second. It will be interesting to see how long the shoulder is OK if the Bengals start losing and Chad isn't getting the ball enough (at least, according to him).
