Foster not certain he will have heart procedure
After a report surfaced that Houston Texans running back Arian Foster would likely have surgical procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat, the running back offered on the Dan Patrick Show that he has yet to consult with any physician about having the surgery.
“Nothing is life threatening,” Foster said. “It’s a scary nuisance.”
Foster's heart began to race during a December game against the Minnesota Vikings, preventing him from finishing the contest. The earlier report indicated that he has had this issue a number of times since age 12, but that the flare-up against the Vikings was the first time it had happened in a football game.
