Giants re-sign Scott, cut Trattou

With David Wilson ruled out with a neck injury, the New York Giants have re-signed running back Da’Rel Scott.

Scott was cut a week ago. He has rushed for 56 yards on 16 carries and has 10 receptions for 98 yards and a touchdown.

They cut defensive end Justin Trattou, who's tied for the team lead with three special teams tackles, all against the Broncos on Sept. 15.

The Giants signed cornerback Junior Mertile and linebacker Darin Drakeford to their practice squad.
