From ESPN.com: TAMPA, Fla. -- All-American running back Shonn Greene will skip his senior season at Iowa and enter the NFL draft. The Big Ten's most valuable player made the announcement Thursday after rushing for 121 yards and three touchdowns in the Hawkeyes' 31-10 victory over South Carolina in the Outback Bowl. Greene set single-season records of 1,850 yards rushing and 20 touchdowns this season after sitting out 2007 because of academic problems. He won the Doak Walker Award as the nation's best running back.

Sad to see him go, but Jewel Hampton may end up being an even better back for the Hawks. Hope the Packers take him in the 2nd or third round, he does well in the zone scheme.
