From Mark Maske of The Washington Post:
Former Seattle Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said he has made the decision that he wants to work again and is open to the idea of coaching, but has not made a final decision on whether he will do that or work in a front office somewhere. He said he has not thought through his emotions enough to know exactly what it is he wants to do.
"" He said he has not thought through his emotions enough to know exactly what it is he wants to do. ""
He should take BF off his speed-dial.
Wouldn't it be nice if all of us could sift through our 'deep-down emotions' before accepting another multi-million dollar contract. Oh, the pain, the agony.
I have to go to work now. My emotions say 'no' but it has something to do with food, shelter, etc......
Really? In a front office somewhere? Is there any good reason to think that Mike Holmgren should be in the front office? The biggest failure of his time in Seattle was not his coaching, it was his GM capabilities. Arguably, those were affected by his dual responsibilities as coach and GM, but still.
Birds of a feather flock together. Enough of this crap already.........

His retirement is shorter than Favre's. Maybe they can get back together.
