The National Football Post has just been informed that San Diego Chargers wide receiver Vincent Jackson, who was pulled over early this morning on suspicion of DUI in San Diego, refused a breathalyzer at the scene.

Jackson was then taken to the San Diego County jail where a blood test was administered to determine his blood alcohol content. San Diego officers are currently awaiting the results of the blood test.
Jackson was pulled over on Route 52 just after 2:00am this morning. He is currently on probation stemming from a previous DUI arrest.
This guy will still get to play on Sunday and get another slappy slap on the wrist. These type of repeat offenders usually end up killing themselves or someone else. Its a shame that the "big game" is more than likely the reason why the police will not do anything.
