Jets have already inquired about Manning

We still don't know if Peyton Manning's health will allow him to be an NFL quarterback again.

But that hasn't stopped teams from lining up to inquire about him. Put the New York Jets near the front of the line when it comes to those inquiries, as Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News tweets that the Jets have already inquired about Manning.

Manning was officially released by the Indianapolis Colts earlier today, and the Jets aparently believe New York is big enough for two Mannings to co-exist in the Big Apple.

Whether the Jets land Manning is certainly up for debate. But just the report that Gang Green is inquiring has to make Mark Sanchez plenty unhappy.
