Jim Irsay had a lot of cash and pills when arrested

When Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and four felony counts of possesion of a controlled substance, he had $29,029 in cash on him in a briefcase and laundry bag and several bottles of prescription drugs, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Irsay, who's now in drug rehab, refused to take a blood test. The results of his breath test were redacted from the arrest report. Because he refused to take the blood test, Irsay's license has been suspended for a year.

Irsay was driving erratically, according to the report.

"I asked him if he knew why I pulled him over," the arresting officer stated. "Irsay advised that he was trying to find his house and gets confused with what road it is located on. As Irsay searched through the brief case for his driver's license, I observed prescription bottles in the brief case next to his wallet. I also observed that his eyes were red and watery. He also displayed poor manual dexterity. Mr. Irsay about fell to the ground as he was stood up from the the police vehicle hood."
