Kaepernick confident about decision in Miami incident

For the first time since being linked to a "suspicious incident" in Miami, 49ers quarterback Colin Kapernick spoke to the media about reports implicating him to any criminal activity.

“The district attorney has the information today,” Kaepernick said, via The San Francisco Chronicle. “At this point, I’m going to let them handle their business. I did nothing wrong in that incident. So I want to do everything I can to let the DA close this matter.”

Kaepernick seems confident he'll be cleared of any wrongdoing, as an official decision will be made soon. The Chronicle report states that Miami police has concluded the investigation and now it's in the district attorney's hands.
