From Adam Schefter of NFL.com:
After missing the past three games due to suspension and the Chiefs’ decision not to use him, Kansas City running back Larry Johnson will be back on the field Sunday against the Saints.
Ultimately, the course of the game will dictate how much Johnson is used. But going in, the Chiefs are thinking he could get somewhere in the vicinity of 10-15 carries. Now maybe Johnson gets hot and gets a lot more, or maybe Kansas City falls behind and is throwing and Johnson gets less.
But he will be back on the field, and around the league, some wondered whether Johnson ever would play for Kansas City again.
