Munchak to coach Steelers' offensive line

The Pittsburgh Steelers have hired former Tennessee Titans coach Mike Munchak as their new offensive line coach.

Munchak is a Hall of Fame offensive lineman and Scranton, Pa. native who was fired as the Titans coach following a 7-9 season.

He went 22-26 in three seasons.

He replaces Jack Bicknell Jr., who was fired after one season in Pittsburgh.

Munchak interviewed for the Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions and Penn State head coaching positions,

Munchak coached the Houston Oilers-Titans offensive line prior to being named the head coach.
