Orton or Stanzi will start for Chiefs Sunday

The Tyler Palko Era is over in Kansas City.

Interim coach Romeo Crennel said Wednesday that either recent waiver pickup Kyle Orton or rookie Ricky Stanzi would get the start on Sunday when the Chiefs take on the undefeated Green Bay Packers.

Orton injured his finger in his only game with the Chiefs after he was claimed off waivers from Denver. Crennel said Orton would start, provided his finger has healed sufficiently.

Meanwhile, Stanzi has not played at all this season and could get the chance to make his NFL debut.
