The Chicago Bears have cut veteran safety Adrian Wilson and defensive tackle Nate Collins.

Wilson, 34, is a five-time Pro Bowl selection.

Collins played in 14 games with two starts for the Bears the past two seasons, recording 25 tackles and one sack. He tore his anterior cruciate ligament last season.

The Bears also cut running back Michael Ford, cornerbacks Derricus Purdy and Peyton Thompson, offensive linemen Dylan Gandy and Joe Long and wide receivers Greg Herd and Kofi Hughes.
