Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin won't play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Harvin remains on the mend from a hip injury that required surgery to repair a torn labrum.

"Percy won't play this week," Carroll told Sirius Radio. "He's getting close, but not close enough."

Harvin remains on the physically unable to perform list.

He has been dealing with soreness in the hip.

Harvin's return is needed even more now that wide receiver Sidney Rce has a torn ACL.
