As far as Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin is concerned, he's back.
Harvin underwent hip surgery on a torn labrum back in August.
Now, he says he's set to play Sunday against his old team: the Minnesota Vikingds.
"I definitely think I'm ready to play," Harvin said. "I still have a lot of work to do, but it was great to be out there with my teammates running plays and going to the huddle. Hopefully everything goes well [Saturday] and I can look forward to the game."
Signed to a five-year, $67 million deal after being traded, Harvin is expected to provide big plays.
"I wasn't real concerned," Harvin said. "There was just a little fluid buildup in there. The bone structure and everything was fine. We got the fluid taken out and I was good to go. There's no swelling and no stiffness now. To be able to put [three consecutive practice days this week] together without any problems is great. To go through my injury with the team winning, it allowed me to heal up and do this the right way. I just want to fit in and help make things happen."
