Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu passed a concussion test on Tuesday and should be able to play this week against the Arizona Cardinals.
Polamalu suffered the concussion in the fourth quarter of Pittsburgh's 17-13 victory over Jacksonville.
According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Polamalu could find himself in some hot water with the league, however, because he used a cellphone to call his wife from the Steelers sideline to let her know he was OK.
Cellphone use on NFL sidelines is prohibited, but Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said he hoped that common sense would prevail and that Polamalu could avoid a fine from the league.
