Toward the end of the first quarter of the Pro Bowl, one of the few somewhat meaningful things about the game, took place.
That's when retiring Green Bay Packers center Jeff Saturday switched from the NFC side to the AFC side for one play so he could make one last snap to Peyton Manning, now of the Denver Broncos.
Saturday and Manning, of course, were together for a dozen years in Indianapolis with the Colts. The center said the gesture Sunday was something he would always remember.
"After doing it that long with him, we figured it was our last run together, might as well get one more," Saturday said from the sideline via NFL.com. "That was something special I'll always remember."
