The Houston Texans have signed veteran offensive Tyson Clabo.

Clabo is a 6-foot-6, 314-pounder who started all but one game last season for the Miami Dolphins.

He didn't grade out well, but has starting experience.

Clabo was a starter for the Atlanta Falcons for seven seasons.

Derek Newton is slated to start at right tackle for the Texans, but Clabo gives them an alternative if he falters.

Clabo, 32, has been named to one Pro Bowl.
