The Tennessee Titans have signed quarterback Dominique Davis to the roster.

Davis was needed for depth since Charlie Whitehurst has a sore right pinkie.

Davis played for the Atlanta Falcons for the past two seasons after going undrafted out of East Carolina.

He played in one game last season. He was cut in June.

The Titans have Jake Locker, Whitehurst and rookie Zach Mettenberger on the roster, so Davis' stay with the team is likely temporary.
