The Denver Broncos have placed Pro Bowl outside linebacker Von Miller on the active roster.

The Broncos made the transaction today, the team announced.

Miller returns from a six-game suspension for violating the NFL substance-abuse policy.

The Broncos released wide receiver Tavarres King from the activer roster to create a spot for Miller.

King was promoted from the practice squad earlier this week when linebacker Adrian Robinson was released.
