The Indianapolis Colts re-signed quarterback Drew Willy to the practice squad after cutting him this week from the active roster after he was promoted over the weekend to serve as the third quarterback.

This sets the stage for Willy possibly being promoted again for the one-loss Colts' regular-season finale.

And they promoted wide receiver Sam Giguere to the active roster from the practice squad.

As reported previously, wide receiver John Matthews has been re-signed to the practice squad.

The Colts also signed linebacker Brandon Renkart to the practice squad.
