DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson Tigers (6-2, 205 pounds)
After years of passing on receivers during the first round, the Texans finally get a big play wideout to line up opposite Andre Johnson. A strong and physical receiver, Hopkins' ability to get started up the field quickly after the catch, to run through tackles and gain yards after contact makes him a big-play threat every time he touches the ball. While he is not a blazer, Hopkins has deceptive acceleration which helps to create separation on deep routes. Hopkins also possesses the hands and body control to make tough catches over cornerbacks.
