Boldin missed Saturday's victory over Carolina after suffering a hamstring strain the previous week against Atlanta.
"I want to get out there for a couple days and get a couple practices under my belt before I step out on the game field," Boldin said Saturday night.
Boldin said the injury improved with last week's rest and he's hopeful of playing against the Eagles in the championship game.
Spach suffered a sprained right knee Saturday night and was wearing a brace and walking with crutches after the game. He is expected to undergo an MRI within a day or two to determine the severity of the injury.
If he can't play, it would have a big impact on the offense. He's emerged as the No. 1 tight end and his blocking is one reason the Cardinals run game has improved in recent weeks.
