Prosecutor: All three men in car in Lloyd case in custody
The prosecutor in the Odin Lloyd murder case told ABC News that all three men who were in the car with Lloyd the night he was killed are now in custody.
Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter said through a spokesperson's statement that "his investigative team now believe that the three people in the silver Nissan Altima when Odin Lloyd entered it, are in custody."
Hernandez, of course, is charged with first-degree murder, while 27-year-old Carlos Ortiz, who was reportedly already on probation, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
Ernest Wallace, 41, the third man police believe was in the vehicle when Lloyd was driven to an industrial park and shot execution style, turned himself in to police in Florida.
