Starting quarterback Sam Bradford is heading to injured reserve with a torn anterior cruciate ligament and offensive lineman Brandon Washington is being cut.

Kellen Clemens will start with Bradford out.

Davis was with the Rams last season as a rookie.

Quinn was cut by the New York Jets when David Garrard was activated.

The former Cleveland Browns first-round draft pick has 3,043 passing yards, 12 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. He played collegiately at Notre Dame.
