From Tom FitzGerald of The San Francisco Chronicle:
Briefly: Sunday's game is a sellout so it will be shown on local TV. Only one of seven home games this year has been blacked out, and just five (out of 23) since the Raiders assumed marketing and ticketing operations in 2006. ... Quarterback JaMarcus Russell said his sprained ankle felt better. Although he's still wearing a boot, he said he should be ready to play Sunday. Cable said he had assumed that Matt Cassel, who returned to practice with the Patriots on Thursday, would be their starting quarterback. Cassell had left the team Wednesday to be with his family following the death of his father.
