The Tennessee Titans signed former Baltimore Ravens tight end Phillip Supernaw, cutting defensive tackle Lucas Vincent. Supernaw has also played for the Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs. Supernaw caught three passes for 30 yards last season with the Ravens and Chiefs. He's a former undrafted free agent from Ouachita Baptist University.
