Vikings' Kevin Williams injures knee, to get MRI today

Following a low block that angered him and teammates, Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams will undergo a magnetic resonance imaging exam today to have his knee injury tested.

While Jared Allen called it a cheap shot from offensive lineman Joe Looney and Vikings coach Leslie Frazier says he might send video of the play, which didn't draw a penalty, to the league, Williams was upset.

"I feel all right," Williams told reporters. "Don't really know what's wrong, but I think I'm fine. I was just upset that I'm getting cut like that 11 years in from a guy I don't even know who the guy is. Between the pain and the fact that no one was looking it was terrible."

Added Frazier: "Kevin Williams is probably the one injury we’re concerned about. Other than that, whatever we had were bumps and bruises that should be fine in time. Kevin is the one we’ll take a look at."
