From John Clayton of ESPN.com:

The Arizona Cardinals and Kurt Warner agreed Wednesday to a two-year deal, $23 million deal, according to his agent, Mark Bartelstein. He will have $19 million of the contract guaranteed.

Under the terms of the deal, Warner will receive a $15 million signing bonus and $4 million base in each of the two seasons.

"Kurt and I are appreciative of the way the Rod Graves and the Cardinals resolved the negotiations," Bartelstein said.

Good for Warner, he is a real nice dude and great story for the NFL.

Ship a few hundred grand to Trent Green as an i.o.u. big guy, lol

To Trent Green? LOL he should be giving that to Rodney "I only took the juice so I can have a job" Harrison. He's the one who KO'd Green and got Warner the chance. I'm sure that's gonna come up w/Cassel and Pollard for the Chiefs. No shot to Brady's knee from Pollard and Cassel is looking at minimum pay around the league.
