Count Oklahoma State's Gundy in the Bieber fan club
He's a man, he's now aging gracefully past 40 and he's pretty hip when it comes to today's music.
Yes, Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy is a fan of Justin Bieber.
During his press conference on Monday in Stillwater, Gundy's cell phone went off and a Bieber ringtone was very audible.
Perhaps it was Gundy's way of showing support for Bieber getting robbed at the Grammy Awards Sunday evening. The 16-year-old lost out on the Best New Artist and Best Pop Album awards, although his new concert documentary, Never Say Never, earned $31 million at the box office this past weekend, beating out Adam Sandler's Just Go With It, which earned $30 million.
UPDATE: I'm not sure how this slipped by me, considering my love for bad pop music, but it was revealed on Sunday that Bieber loves Gundy's infamous "I'm a man, I'm 40!" rant. So much so that the pop star actually has that as his ringtone. So, Gundy returned the favor. And his phone happening to go off during a press conference? A little too coincidental, right?
