Four-star receiver LeMay chooses Georgia
Class of 2013 wide receiver Uriah LeMay has decided to attend Georgia.
The four-star Butler High School (Matthews, N.C.) star, who is a very good route runner and not afraid to make a tough catch over the middle, also weighed offers from Ohio State, Oklahoma, Clemson, Nebraska, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and South Carolina, among other major powers. He announced Friday that he plans to sign a letter of intent with the Bulldogs on Feb. 6, 2013.
The 6-1, 205-pounder, who has good hands but is hoping to improve on his quickness in his final prep campaign, should be able to compete for immediate playing time because of his physical nature and the fact that he's a very good blocker. He recorded 43 catches for 842 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2011.
LeMay will be reunited with older brother Christian LeMay, a Georgia redshirt freshman quarterback. He became the 18th commitment to Georgia's 2013 class and will be joined by fellow receivers Kyrin Priester, Tramel Terry and J.J. Green, who all committed to play in Athens.
